SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
Please take into consideration that all of our products are made to order. It may take 3-5 business days for processing. Processing will begin the following day that your order was placed.
Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY which excludes weekends and holidays.
All of our orders are shipped via shipping courier USPS and should arrive in 1-5 business days. Once your package label is created, you will receive an email confirmation. Expected shipping times are just an estimate. You may track your package via USPS website. Shipping times are subject to change via USPS due to peak season.
Pure Body Essentials will not be held liable/responsible for any lost or damaged goods. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any problems with your order.
Disclaimer: Please note that all of our products are made with natural butters and oils. Expect premium quality butter to harden when exposed to cold temperatures. As well as melt when exposed to warm temperatures. This does not mean your product is damaged or useless.
